Volunteers

We need your help!

Volunteers are needed and welcomed at every level and in every capacity. So whether you want to help a little or a lot, we have something just right for you.

Student Volunteers

High School students are welcome to volunteer (and we will validate the hours you serve) on an hourly basis as needed, or to fill support positions, with the following exceptions: must be 18 or older to hold an Office, Building Chair or Treasurer position. As needed after school student volunteer opportunities are listed below, click on the event name to link to the signup form - please feel free to choose multiple spots!

Check out a Meeting

Maybe you want to see what it's all about first.  Check out the WC PTSA district-wide board meeting schedule (everyone is welcome).  Or click on the School Committees button in the header and choose your school to find their meeting schedule.  Contact us if you can't find what you are looking for.  We hope to see you soon!

Coordinator Roles

In addition to Central's and each school committee's Leadership Teams (Chair, Vice Chairs, Secretary and Treasurer) most school committees also need volunteer Coordinators for a variety of tasks.  Check with your school PTSA Leadership Team for their list of open positions and greatest needs, though your support is always welcome in any capacity.

Sign Up for Emails

Sign up for your school's email distribution list - they will send notifications when hourly help is needed. You can then sign up for anything that fits your schedule and interests.

Apply for a Position

Check out the open positions on your favorite committee. Even if a position is filled, help is always welcome!  For more detail, visit your school's Volunteer page. If the information is difficult to find, contact your Committee Chair, or CentralPTSA@websterptsa.org. We would be happy to help you.

Thank you in advance for your help!
