SEPTA

Questions?  Please contact our SEPTA committee chair  at SEPTA@websterptsa.org

SEPTA is a standing committee of the Webster Central PTSA, that was founded in 1987 by a group of parents to provide support for our children’s needs. Over the years, our programs have grown to include: an average of four scholarships awarded annually, sports programs, a staff appreciation program, and funds available through our Outreach program for special projects. Funds are raised annually through the SEPTA bowling tournament, held in March and the SEPTA golf tournament, held in May. In addition, we strive to support parents’ and teachers’ needs by organizing seminars throughout the year. We work together with the support of WCSD administration and a representative from district office is always available for our meetings.

Mission

SEPTA strives to provide information and support to parents and teachers of children with special needs, and to promote better educational and community opportunities for our children.

Goals

To create a supportive network and to disseminate information.
